This 67 year old patient felt that his eyelid and eyebrows crowded his eyes and made him look angry. He underwent a brow lift as well as upper eye lid lift called a blepharoplasty to lift and remove the tissues covering his eyes. His big concern that he wanted to look natural, unoperated, and most importantly, like himself!
