What Is An Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty?

Ultrasonic rhinoplasty, also referred to as Piezo rhinoplasty, uses a specialized tool powered by concentrated acoustic vibrations to shave and sculpt nasal bones. What Happens During The Procedure?
