A More Open, Approachable Countenance

Puffiness and bags under your eyes are a nuisance, most often caused by aging and stress. For some people, these problems are genetic. Dr. Robb has developed his own 'tasteful and balanced' approach to lower eyelid rejuvenation by reducing puffiness under the eye and adding volume beneath the eye. This technique helps improve the appearance without creating hollow eyes.

What Is A Lower Blepharoplasty?

This procedure is the surgical manipulation of the lower eyelid and surrounding area. Though the particulars of each lower blepharoplasty are unique to the patient’s needs, usually during this surgery, Dr. Robb carefully reduces the bulging fat and focuses on volume addition to refine the contours of the lower eyelid and midface area.

Is Lower Eyelid Surgery Right For Me?

To find the answer to this, a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Robb is necessary. During this time, Dr. Robb will listen as you detail your aesthetic goals and concerns. He will review your medical history and examine your face, and then determine if a lower blepharoplasty would help you. If so, Dr. Robb will explain the procedure in an easily-digestible way and answer any questions you may have.

To learn more, please click on Contact Us below. One of our Patient Care Coordinators will contact you to learn more about your aesthetic goals. You will then review your medical history and begin your pre-consultation process.

What Will The Procedure Be Like?

On the day of your procedure, you will enter our private, accredited surgery center, separate from the front reception area. Sedation is often used to ensure patient comfort, administered by one of our board-certified anesthesiologists. The surgery is performed with exquisite, meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect is handled in the most delicate and thoughtful manner

What Is Recovery Like?

Most patients should dedicate 1-2 weeks towards recovery, although it is possible to return to office work within a week. Bruising is uncommon with our gentle tech, but if present, it will subside in 1-2 weeks. In the days following the surgery, you should rest and use cold compresses to ease discomfort.

Dr. Robb will provide you with a tailored aftercare plan and personally oversee your recovery. He knows that anxiety can make recovery from surgery stressful, so he makes himself available to his post-operative patients for any questions or concerns they may have.
